PestFriend has been the “Ultimate Solution” for my new business!
I had concerns about how I was going to manage all the record keeping and reporting
and so looked for a system to manage the paperwork for my new Pest Control
business. I didn't want to be using hand written duplicates and have mountains of
paper, it all takes too much time which is better spent doing jobs that earn me money.
After searching the web, I came across PestFriend. I read through some of the
information and within minutes, was so impressed I picked up the phone. Nick Peek
who I spoke to couldn't help me enough and promptly took my details to send me a
demo CD and some more information.
I promptly received the Demo CD and some paperwork, but have to be honest, I
didn't even insert the disk into my computer. Nick had also sent me some printed
examples of site reports,visit report sheets, barcode reports and invoicing examples, it
was nothing short of perfect for what I was looking for. Not only was this going to
solve my paperwork issues, but also convey a level of professionalism I'd never get
from manual paper systems.
I have now begun using the software and it is saving me time everyday. My monthly
and quarterly billing is now just a five minute job allowing me to be out earning
money and not stuck in the office.
I have recently acquired some new clients too, who were very clear that it was the
example reports and barcode system examples that I had supplied that had won me
the contracts. I have a lot of competition locally and PestFriend has clearly made me
stand out from other companies. Not only have a I solved my paperwork issues, its
